A: Our regular nursery hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm
We are open 51 weeks of the year excluding Bank Holidays
A: We welcome all enquiries at the nursery, however, making a prior appointment will ensure that we can devote the maximum time to showing you around and answering all your questions.
A: Demand for places is consistently high, therefore, we recommend parents contact us as soon as they are aware of their nursery requirements. We keep parents fully up to date on waiting times and availability of places as they become available.
A: At present there are no pre-booked late collection arrangements, however, there are scale charges applied for late collection after 5.30pm. This amount is added to Parents’ nursery account. For full details, please check our Admission Criteria.
A: Yes, we offer funded places.
A: CCTV cameras are positioned throughout the nursery with the Manager able to monitor these throughout the day. Please check our ‘Safety and Security’ page for more information.
A: The use of mobile phones is not permitted by any member of staff during their working hours. We respectfully request that parents refrain from using their phones whilst in the nursery building.
